“Happy English Course”
GENERAL COURSE
INFORMATION
Happy English Course has been designed for student’s
vocational high school that is interest to work in the tourism industries after
graduated in vocational high school. It
teaches the basic communication skills needed to communicate in a variety
of different work situations in tourism industries. This course will allow students to function effectively in English.
Special emphasis is placed on the relevant speaking,
vocabulary, and grammatical structures that are used in the field of
tourism, and the learner is given the
opportunity to practice using the language that in demonstration, simulation, practice dialogue in group
and communicative practice activities
with native speaker. Course books
will be supplemented with material from other sources, including
newspaper articles and video materials. After finish this course the student
will get certificate that has accreditation by some tourism industries.

Tourist : I need some
information about the tourism places in this area because it is first time I visit Lombok. Can you tell
me the place?
Student : Yes, with pleasure.
First, you can visit Kuta beach. It is a wonderful beach; it is located in the
central of Lombok and very closed with international airport of Lombok. There,
you can see wonderful scenery, swimming, canoeing, diving or even surfing and
you can visit traditional handicraft of Lombok.
Tourist : How go there?
Student : You can drive there
by your own car or by bus. If you go there by car you will take 1, 5 hours, but
if you go by bus it takes more.
Tourist : Oh thank you.
Student : You’re welcome.
